Shop Micro LocalNovember 15, 2014 12:13 am
As part of this year’s Small Business Saturday activities in South End on November 29th, we’re not just offering the chance to shop local, we’re offering the chance to Shop Micro Local with 27 curated vendors in a pop-up shop that will be located at the Triple C Brewery from 9am – 5pm.
Shop Micro Local is back for a second year to build in its inaugural success by again featuring local and regional artisan products and specialty foods from small businesses that typically wholesale, provide online direct-to-consumer sales or sell at special events. Without having a brick-and-mortar store, these entrepreneurs value pop-up shops as an important way to connect with customers and grow sales.
Shop Micro Local is open to the public and will offer coffee, beer, music and a holiday vibe South End style. There will be an abundance of free parking, you can ride the light rail to the New Bern Station, or catch the Holiday Trolley. The Trolley will be making stops at all of the best shopping in South End on Small Business Saturday including Triple C, Atherton Mill & Market and Camden Road in the heart of South End.
Historic South End is a proud sponsor of this group – and we believe in the power of small business. Here’s the line-up:
Ann Hamilton Pottery, Bly Design, Bushelle Seasonings, Charlotte Pie Authority, Cheese Creations, Garnet Gals, Guava Love Foods, Hunger Pangs, JaxxMaxx, LB Hoyle Arts, Meshii Skin, Miss Pretty Perfect, Outta The Park BBQ Sauces, Pink Daisy Co, Purple Girl Designs, Rick’s Birdhouses, Rise Over Run, Rooted in Nature, Sadie’s Caribbean FishCakes, Sea Coast Bags, The Farmer’s Barket, The Naked Tart, The Southern Soap Company, The Sweetest Thing and Wish We Had Acres.
