Your Guide to South End Brewery Fitness

If you’ve ever witnessed yoga in the grass outside a brewery or dozens of sweaty people consuming post-run beers and wondered if this was normal behavior for well-adjusted adults, the answer is yes. So normal, in fact, that Charlotte Magazine’s BoB Awards declared “Yoga at Breweries” the “Most Charlotte Thing Ever.”

South End is blazing the trail for this hyper-Charlotte phenomenon so we encourage you to give brewery fitness a shot… metaphorically speaking, of course.
